Ingredients
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 5 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese on medium/high speed until smooth. Add butter, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice and beat until well combined and creamy.
- Reduce the speed to low and gradually sift in the powdered sugar. Increase speed to high and beat until fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Once the bars have completely cooled, spread the spiced cream cheese on the top of the cake. Cut into squares. Must be refrigerated.
