Ingredients

  • 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 5 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese on medium/high speed until smooth. Add butter, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice and beat until well combined and creamy.
  2. Reduce the speed to low and gradually sift in the powdered sugar. Increase speed to high and beat until fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Once the bars have completely cooled, spread the spiced cream cheese on the top of the cake. Cut into squares. Must be refrigerated.
