Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Crack bottom of egg
- Place in skillet
- Add an inch of water and bring to boil
- Once boiling, reduce heat to med/med low and cook for six minutes
- Turn heat off and move to ice bath
- Remove shell and marinate!
