Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp soy
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Crack bottom of egg
  2. Place in skillet
  3. Add an inch of water and bring to boil
  4. Once boiling, reduce heat to med/med low and cook for six minutes
  5. Turn heat off and move to ice bath
  6. Remove shell and marinate!
