Ingredients
- 1 lb brussel sprouts
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Trim bottom and slice brussels sprouts in half, top to bottom.
- Heat pan, then heat oil in pan. Brown the inside of the sprouts.
- Transfer the sprouts and oil to a roasting pan. Add salt & pepper.
- Roast for 30 minutes and toss at the 15-minute marker.
- Taste test! Check to see if more salt and pepper are needed.
- Toss the sprouts in a dressing such as Brown Sugar Soy Glaze, Balsamic Glaze, or plain balsamic.
- Serve.

- Goes well with Brown Sugar Soy Glaze.
