Italian Sausages

Ingredients

• 3 or 4 links from butcher
• 1/4 cup water

Instructions

1. Heat the stainless pan to low medium.
2. Add the links and water and cover. Cook for 10 minutes.
3. Uncover the sausages and cook for five minutes.
4. Flip and cook for another five minutes.
5. Once internal temp has reached 165, serve.
