Salt and pepper to taste (8 turns at least on grinder, more for pepper)

Preheat oven to 375.
Unroll and set up pie crust in pie dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle solid ingredients in pie crust and pour in the cheese and egg mixture.
Mix up the solid ingredients a bit with a fork.
Bake on bottom rack for 35-45 minutes or until completely set.
Quiche is ready when a knife can be stuck in the quiche and pulled cleanly out without egg residue. Watch those crust edges! Cover with tinfoil if necessary.
