Ingredients
- 1 lb brussel sprouts
- 3-4 tbsp oil
- 5-10 peeled garlic cloves
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°
- Trim bottom and slice brussels sprouts in half, top to bottom
- Heat pan, then heat oil in pan. Brown the inside of the sprouts.
- Transfer the sprouts and oil to a roasting pan. Add garlic, salt, & pepper.
- Roast for 30 minutes and toss at the 15-minute marker.
- Taste test! Check to see if more salt and pepper are needed.
- Stir in balsamic and serve.
