Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts
  • 3-4 tbsp oil
  • 5-10 peeled garlic cloves
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°
  2. Trim bottom and slice brussels sprouts in half, top to bottom
  3. Heat pan, then heat oil in pan. Brown the inside of the sprouts.
  4. Transfer the sprouts and oil to a roasting pan. Add garlic, salt, & pepper.
  5. Roast for 30 minutes and toss at the 15-minute marker.
  6. Taste test! Check to see if more salt and pepper are needed.
  7. Stir in balsamic and serve.
