Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp (23ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp (15ml) white wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp (90ml) Grapeseed oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 finely minced shallot
Instructions
- Whisk together mustard and vinegar.
- Slowly whisk in oil until combined, add seasoning, and shallot.
- Toss with salad ingredients.
