Ingredients
- Ground Turkey
- Peppers (your choice)
- Yellow onion
- Black Beans
- Basmati Rice
- Spice blend: Salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder
Instructions
- Brown the turkey
- Add diced veggies
- Add spices (see above)
- Cook 5 mins
- Add 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water plus salt
- Bring to a simmer
- Cover and cook on low for 15 mins (do not peek!)
- Add can of drained black beans and stir
- Eat!
