Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Add a splash of milk
  2. Heat up crêpe pan on a little over medium heat
  3. Don’t let them sit too long, watch and flip
  4. Takes just a few seconds on the other side. Ensure the crêpe is cooked thoroughly
