Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter
Instructions
- Add a splash of milk
- Heat up crêpe pan on a little over medium heat
- Don’t let them sit too long, watch and flip
- Takes just a few seconds on the other side. Ensure the crêpe is cooked thoroughly
